When reading our return and exchange policy, please keep in mind that the majority of the items we sell are personalized, custom or special order. We take great pride in our products, and we hope you're happy with your purchase.

Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of order placement  if your order has not been forwarded to the manufacturer.  Once your order has been placed with the manufacturer, cancellations are not permitted.

We ship to the 48 continental US states.  Order are shipped via common carrier & contract carrier.  Estimated ship dates are approximate and are not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped you will be emailed tracking number(s) to the email address input at the time of your order or saved to your preferred member account.

For any reason you aren't completely satisfied, you may return unused non-sale/non-custom merchandise with an original receipt up to 30 days from the purchase date for store credit (less shipping costs and overweight surcharges). 

Please email us within 10 business days from the day of receipt of your merchandise to ensure its return within the 30 day time allotted time.

Custom-designed Furniture, bedding, gifts and clothing, and other custom made items all require payment in full prior to your order and cannot be returned or exchanged or canceled. All jewelry, sale and special order purchases are final; no refunds or credits are available.

All returns and exchanges must arrive prepaid. We are not able to accept any returns COD.

To make a return or exchange, please e-mail us using the form here to obtain a return authorization number. When receiving a return authorization number , you will also receive an address on where to return the package.  Please enclose a copy of your packaging slip with your return along with your merchandise and your authorization number. If you no longer have your packing slip, please request one when making a request for a return authorization number. Packages received without a return authorization number will be refused without explanation.

If you return an item after the 30 day return period, without a return authorization number or Lil Sophisticate suspects an item has been used, the merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.
